How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Your Always Essential Gear will be shipped out within 2 weeks of placing your order. Right now, with the pandemic going on, things are taking a bit longer. But rest assured - it's our priority to get you your package as soon as we possibly can. Unfortunately at this time, there are no expedited shipping options available. 

What type of guarantee do you offer?

I want you to be thrilled with your apparel! 

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please reach out to us at: [email protected]. My team is amazing and will take good care of you. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced. You might be asked to send in a photo so we can pass it along to our supplier.

Are bulk discounts available?

YES! There are discounts when you order 11 or more of the same product (style and logo). This is great for ordering merchandise for your entire team! Imagine everyone wearing the message "Always Essential" for your next team photo!! Additional discounts are given at the 21st and 31st item ordered of the same product.

Where do you ship to?

During regular times (non-quarantine) we will ship just about everywhere. But right now - there are several countries we cannot ship to. If your country is one of the places we cannot ship to right now, please email my team and let them know what you would like to order and where you're located and we'll keep you posted as to when we can get merchandise out to you. What sizes are available?

In the style description for each item, you'll find a size chart. We want to make sure you're ordering the right sizes! We don't want you to have to gain or lose weight before you can start showing off your Always Essential gear. But seriously - our current sizes range from youth small to 5XL. Do we got you covered? I hope so!! Please click here to view the size chart. Oh - if you look at the size chart and you're left feeling a little confused by words like "body width" measurement and "tolerance" - here's a little clarification. The "Body Width" measurement is the distance in inches from the top of one sleeve opening (so where the sleeve begins) then across the chest to the other sleeve opening. "Tolerance" is what you should allow for 1 inch of give or take in sizing.  

Can you customize any of your products?

Absolutely - YES! Pretty cool right? There is an additional cost and extra time (2-3 weeks) is needed to get the product to you. If you're interested, please email my support team and we'll take care of you.

YES! We had so much fun rolling out our Always Essential Line that we're already working on additional designs.
